Computer simulations of PV arrays were performed using a range of insolation conditions and cell fill factors. Conclusions were then reached for several different array configurations as follows: 1. Tracking arrays were compared to fixed position arrays. 2. The performance of loads designed to maximize energy utilization efficiency were compared to the performance of loads designed to maximize power output.application/pdfCopyright is held by the author who has granted the Oklahoma State University Library the non-exclusive right to share this material in its institutional repository.
