This paper is an attempt to bring together and compare life history data for representative species. A section on rearing Thysanoptera for study in the laboratory is also included.Findings and Conclusions: A great deal of variation in habits and life cycles was found. There are a number of species whose life histories have never been studied. Several basic rearing techniques have been developed which can be adapted to a particular species and research problem.application/pdfCopyright is held by the author who has granted the Oklahoma State University Library the non-exclusive right to share this material in its institutional repository.
