Western leadership theories do not adequately explain the leadership of these Eastern educators; societal culture contributes to the leadership role and perspectives of the role held by these Saudi principals.application/pdfCopyright is held by the author who has granted the Oklahoma State University Library the non-exclusive right to share this material in its institutional repository.
