This study explores the relationship between nitrate concentration in Piper sudangrass, a sorghum x sudangrass hybrid and three pearl millets and nitrogen fertilizer rates of 0, 90, and 180 kg ha- 1 , clipping height, time of day of harvest, and seasonal growth stage. The objectives were to evaluate plant nitrate concentrations as affected by these parameters.
